While my previous concerns were more manufacturer-related than dealership-related, the team consistently listened, cared, and did everything they could to make things right. After being let down by two shady Kia dealers, I came to Carl Black, and glad I did. I can't recommend Lukas Rios enough, he was honest from the start and great to work with (two things rarely said about a car salesman!). He worked with me over several days to get to a deal that worked for me, but without being pushy. Everyone else at the dealership was easy to work with as well, and the fees were competitive and transparent. Even after the sale, when we transferred everything from the old car to the new car, Lukas asked to helped us move everything over and walked around with my toddler to distract him - he didn't have to do that, it was genuine kindness. Highly recommend Carl Black and Lukas Rios.

Darius was great!
Darius was great! Very knowledgable and about the vehicles he showed me. He listened to what I ask for and helped me find exactly what wanted, He showed me how to set up and operate all the features. I have purchased many new cars but this was by far the best car buying experience I ever had! I’m very satisfied with my new Canyon. I was in the process of helping my daughter and son in
I was in the process of helping my daughter and son in law purchase a vehicle. a week ago. The process started by Joaquin went well at first and then he failed to followup with us and kept putting us off for details about the submission of the credit report. He kept sayinf he would follow up and we never heard from him. I had to call the finance manager Shami, who was amazing. He got all the documents ready and we signed them digitally, which was our preference. Secondly the sales manaher, Louis Leon stepped in, apologized profusely and made some concessions for us. He lliterally saved the deal. He treated my family like royalty. If it was not for him we would have gone to another dealership. I would definitely recommend this dealership.
