I have never encountered a sales person with his overall knowledge of the vehicle. i would recommend both Carl Black and Shami to anyone I know that's in the market for a new vehicle. He worked with me over several days to get to a deal that worked for me, but without being pushy. Everyone else at the dealership was easy to work with as well, and the fees were competitive and transparent. Even after the sale, when we transferred everything from the old car to the new car, Lukas asked to helped us move everything over and walked around with my toddler to distract him - he didn't have to do that, it was genuine kindness. Purchased our 2021 Buick enclave from them we also purchased the platinum service plan. Scratch and dent protection all the extras trying to get service for our air-conditioning that is broken. Tried to speak with a manager no managers are ever available. No one will call you back just the sorriest customer service I’ve ever had to deal with at any dealership. And as soon as you catch an attitude for having to deal with their sorry customer service they will for a fuse to work with you. What’s really crappy is when you purchase that service plan, it is only good at their dealership. No other GMC dealerships will honor their service plan. I highly recommend that you not waste your time with these people go somewhere else.

I'm not sure why this dealer is rated so high, perhaps it was Dowain & Travis who must be rookies or are new (and judging by their reviews one of these rationales must be the culprit). But, I digress. These two clowns tried to take of advantage of a very experienced car buyer who knew what he wanted, and simply asked for their best OTD/OTR on a Bolt EV Adaptive Cruise & EUV with new SuperCruise. Empty promises & several emails, phone calls, & texts later (and the final call with Travis coaching Dowain in the background) resulted in no deal. Anyways, their loss as I finally got the price & trade allowance I wanted.

We have used this dealer in the past and did not have a
We have used this dealer in the past and did not have a good experience at all. We decided to give them another chance and that was a big mistake. Although they did handle the issue in the end, the whole experience was full of empty promises and lies. The technician diagnosed the problem to be a faulty torque converter caused by failed engine mounts. (I approved both repairs to be completed) After replacing the torque converter, the transmission had the same issue with hard shifting and shift flares. Come to find out the transmission fluid was full of metal debris from a failed transmission. (I then approved for the transmission to be replaced) This would have been found if the technician had actually checked the transmission fluid during diagnosing the concern. Not feeling very confident, I had asked the advisor to make sure that he saves the old engine mounts for me. He walked back to the shop and let the technician know that I wanted the old mounts. The advisor told me that he has the old mounts and he would put them in the bed of the truck for me. I had to go to the dealership and retrieve some items from the truck since it was going to be a few days for the transmission to arrive. Upon arriving, I noticed that the old engine mounts were not in the bed of the truck. I called the advisor and let him know the old mounts were not in the bed, he said that he and the tech put them in there. After opening the hood I noticed that the engine mounts ($1,400 parts and labor) in fact WERE NOT replaced. I was now very frustrated knowing that I put my trust in a dealership only for them to try and rip me off. Not only did the technician mis diagnose the transmission, they LIED and said that work was performed when it was not. After 4 weeks of the dealer having my truck, I got a call from the advisor that the truck was ready to be picked up. When I asked for the invoice I was told that they could not invoice it because parts were on the ticket and they could not be removed right now. Then they said we will just run your credit card for the amount of $4,652 and they can email me the copy. ABSOLUTELY NOT!! I was lied to multiple times and they expect me to trust them to just "run my card" without an invoice on what I am actually paying for? The next day the invoice was generated and was paid in full AS PROMISED by me. And just one more thing, the day after picking up the truck I had another shop check the engine mounts. THEY DO NOT NEED TO BE REPLACED!! LIED TO AGAIN BY THE EMPLOYEES AT CARL BLACK!!

Leonard Willis sold us our current 2 vehicles; 2024 GMC Sierra Denali Arnold Palmer Invitational truck and our 2023 Yukon AT4. The Traverse and Silverado were our previous vehicles from their dealership. All staff are attentive, kind and truly met all of our expectations. The process started by Joaquin went well at first and then he failed to followup with us and kept putting us off for details about the submission of the credit report. He kept sayinf he would follow up and we never heard from him. I had to call the finance manager Shami, who was amazing. He got all the documents ready and we signed them digitally, which was our preference. Secondly the sales manaher, Louis Leon stepped in, apologized profusely and made some concessions for us. I had to go to the dealership and retrieve some items from the truck since it was going to be a few days for the transmission to arrive. Upon arriving, I noticed that the old engine mounts were not in the bed of the truck. I called the advisor and let him know the old mounts were not in the bed, he said that he and the tech put them in there. After opening the hood I noticed that the engine mounts ($1,400 parts and labor) in fact WERE NOT replaced. I was now very frustrated knowing that I put my trust in a dealership only for them to try and rip me off. Not only did the technician mis diagnose the transmission, they LIED and said that work was performed when it was not. After 4 weeks of the dealer having my truck, I got a call from the advisor that the truck was ready to be picked up. When I asked for the invoice I was told that they could not invoice it because parts were on the ticket and they could not be removed right now. Then they said we will just run your credit card for the amount of $4,652 and they can email me the copy. ABSOLUTELY NOT!! I was lied to multiple times and they expect me to trust them to just "run my card" without an invoice on what I am actually paying for? The next day the invoice was generated and was paid in full AS PROMISED by me. And just one more thing, the day after picking up the truck I had another shop check the engine mounts. THEY DO NOT NEED TO BE REPLACED!! LIED TO AGAIN BY THE EMPLOYEES AT CARL BLACK!!

Took my brand new car in for its first oil change and
Took my brand new car in for its first oil change and while waiting they came out to inform us that they rear-ended my vehicle with another customer's vehicle. 2 hours later we left being told it would be taken care of by Aaron Shepard. After a week and no word from anyone we called. Amazingly enough a loaner vehicle is now ready for pick up the next day. We show up - no loaner is ready. They searched through 5 cars and tried to give us one with no gas. Oh it gets better......after a week they call to say my car is ready. I go to pick it up and nothing on the bumper where the damage is was touched. They were like, "the scratch on the side was fixed"....and of course I'm like what???? Aaron Shepard was not available as he left for the day. This is absolutely unacceptable. I do not blame the employee that rear-ended my car. Mistakes happen but Aaron Shepard's job is to make sure that they are corrected. He failed.

Best dealership experience ever! Lukas Rios (Sales), Hector Jimenez (Sales Manager), and Shami Johnson (Finance) made the process smooth. Really, every single person there was professional and kind and the dealership itself was clean and pleasant. Omar Rodriguez is clearly an effective General Manager. Terry the manager & Joshua Estrella Ripped me off and scammed me out of my hard earned money. Worst experience I have ever had with taking a car to get fixed and it wasn’t fixed and ended up in way worse situation I came in with ! If u can’t fix it just say so instead of saying u can and it was fixed and it was not resolved, He had my car in the shop over a week and charged me over $1600 to fix my car for an ac coolant leak and he returned my car back to me stated it was fix as in not leaking coolant , he stated safe to drive and was engine was not smoking . In turn we drove the car 2 min to get gas , car was smoking from under the engine hood , totally out of engine coolant and is in now worse condition then we gave it them originally. Dealer said they test drove it .no issues I want a full refund on this asap Ya that didn’t Happen ! Total rip off I don’t trust this dealer ship to do anything to my cars again .

Purchased our 2021 Buick enclave from them we also purchased the platinum service plan. Scratch and dent protection all the extras trying to get service for our air-conditioning that is broken. Tried to speak with a manager no managers are ever available. No one will call you back just the sorriest customer service I’ve ever had to deal with at any dealership. And as soon as you catch an attitude for having to deal with their sorry customer service they will for a fuse to work with you. What’s really crappy is when you purchase that service plan, it is only good at their dealership. No other GMC dealerships will honor their service plan. I highly recommend that you not waste your time with these people go somewhere else.
