Worst sales experience I have ever had in my 35 years of buying vehicles. Purchased a truck that had dealer installed parts missing and was promised that I would receive them after the purchase but never got satisfaction on receiving all of the items owed to me that were paid for as part of the purchase including having an IOU for the items. Wrestled with them for over 6 months with no satisfaction and finally purchased and installed the items myself. I will never buy a vehicle from them in the future.

Amazing experience at Carl Black! Leo Willis was phenomenal to work with from start to finish. Great email communication, personable upon on site visit, and overall a smooth process. Knowledgeable about the Hummer, worked well to meet terms and polite through it all. Delivery of vehicle after finance was great! From him double checking that I had everything removed from the trade in to showing all features in the Hummer and the set up processes. My wife and I trade in a lot and he has earned a long term customer. Definitely one of the best purchasing experiences ever.

1-24-25 Hour and a half for oil change today. I watched 9 personal in the service center just sitting behind the desk absolutely not doing a dam thing. Besides just playing on their phones. When my truck was done it was a $150 for and oil change. Absolutely blew my mind, I guess when you have that much over head doing nothing. Somebody's gotta pay. Crazy!!!

You bet Carl Black has very good strong sales guys, Chino being my favorite and the best. Chino has always gone over and beyond expectations. He was very communicative while I was going through the purchase process, always kept me informed of every detail, how it should be. The sale guys will stay on top of the sale until they sale. After that, if you need maintenance you are screwed. I am on my fifth day without a car and no loaners car either. This is how I get treated after purchasing three vehicles through them in less than a year. I believe that support after purchasing is as important if not more important. I am learning quick.
