I can't recommend Lukas Rios enough, he was honest from the start and great to work with (two things rarely said about a car salesman!). He worked with me over several days to get to a deal that worked for me, but without being pushy. Everyone else at the dealership was easy to work with as well, and the fees were competitive and transparent. Darius was great! Very knowledgable and about the vehicles he showed me. He listened to what I ask for and helped me find exactly what wanted, He showed me how to set up and operate all the features. I have purchased many new cars but this was by far the best car buying experience I ever had! I’m very satisfied with my new Canyon. Best dealership experience ever! Lukas Rios (Sales), Hector Jimenez (Sales Manager), and Shami Johnson (Finance) made the process smooth. Really, every single person there was professional and kind and the dealership itself was clean and pleasant. Omar Rodriguez is clearly an effective General Manager. Was contacted by Josh brown about a danali truck I was interested in. He asked if I was still interested in purchasing a truck, and I said yes, but not with Carl black gmc. He then SAID.. not asked… “WHY? Cause you can’t get the low price you want?” I said because I don’t like the communication process that I received the month earlier with no one contacting me for 3 days after I inquired online and over the phone. He then said another condescending remark to which I said, see, this is exactly why I don’t want to do business with you! He said “that’s fine, you’re not a real customer anyways” I said I’m not a real customer??? He said yea, if you were, you’d have bought a truck.. I’m just like wow dude. You have no idea what people are going through in their lives and to be that condescending and judgemental cause I haven’t pulled the trigger on an almost $100,000 truck, he decided to be a disrespectful, condescending, arrogant representative of the carl black brand. I immediately contacted the GM Omar Rodriguez and have yet to hear from him regarding the issue after I left a message with his secretary. This is one of the worst disrespectful salespeople I’ve ever talked too. Absolutely insane the way they think this is good business practice. Josh should be fired immediately if I ran this place. Not only did he ruin this sale, any potential future sales, and all the possible sales that will never happen after people read the reviews I’m about to leave across all social media platforms from this 3 minute phone call with Josh brown.
