The 2022 Chevrolet Trailblazer has four trim levels: LS, LT, ACTIV, and RS. If you’re interested in purchasing a 2022 Chevrolet Trailblazer, you’ll have to make a hard decision between these four options. Hopefully, this comparison will help.

The LS is the base model with a starting MSRP of $21,600. It is a few thousand dollars less expensive than the next option, so it’s your best choice if saving money is your priority. It offers a 6-speaker audio system, a digital compass, a fold-flat front passenger seatback, and 17-inch aluminum wheels.

The LT is the second trim, starting at $23,800. With LED fog lamps, silver-painted roof rails, and a remote vehicle starter system, this model may have everything you need. All of these features are added onto the basic LS equipment, so you’ll still have the 6-speaker audio system and fold-flat front passenger seatback. Furthermore, if you travel North at all, you’ll appreciate the heated exterior mirrors which are heated to prevent ice buildup. They’re also power-folding for your convenience.

Moving to the higher trim levels, the ACTIV and RS both have a starting MSRP of $25,700. That makes them both the highest trim levels. They also have the same ECOTEC ® 1.3 L Turbo engine with Variable Valve Timing and direct fuel injection. This efficient and punchy powertrain uses start/stop technology to save even more fuel. Both of these higher trim levels also upgrade to LED taillamps and dual-outlet exhaust pipes. The only difference in their exhaust is the shape.

The most distinct difference between the ACTIV and RS models is their tires and wheels. The ACTIV model features sport terrain tires which are great for outdoor enthusiasts who sometimes drive on gravel roads and other tricky terrains. The RS model has 18-inch high-gloss Black machined aluminum wheels and other distinct styling features including RS badging. Both of these options are great for drivers who are willing to pay a little more to get even better performance from their vehicles.
