• Safety Alert Seat – pulses the driver’s seat with vibrations when a potential collision is detected by the vehicles state-of-the-art technology, warning them of the threat

Other safety features available with upgrade include Adaptive Cruise Control which works in conjunction with Forward Automatic Braking to allow drivers to automatically follow the vehicle ahead of them so that cruise control can be maintained even if the vehicle ahead alters their speed. A Rear Cross Traffic alert system also improves the safety of the Yukon by alerting the driver of detected cross-traffic approaching the SUV when in reverse. This helps the driver avoid obstructions that they couldn’t normally see. Finally, GMC’s Teen Driver Technology is a must-have for parents of teenagers who are new to driving.
