Tomaris Hill was exceptional throughout the entire process of selling us a truck. He was professional, personal, and persistent. He was willing to work with us and make sure we got what we wanted. I was in the process of helping my daughter and son in law purchase a vehicle. a week ago. The process started by Joaquin went well at first and then he failed to followup with us and kept putting us off for details about the submission of the credit report. He kept sayinf he would follow up and we never heard from him. I had to call the finance manager Shami, who was amazing. He got all the documents ready and we signed them digitally, which was our preference. Secondly the sales manaher, Louis Leon stepped in, apologized profusely and made some concessions for us. He lliterally saved the deal. He treated my family like royalty. If it was not for him we would have gone to another dealership. I would definitely recommend this dealership.
