I've bought over 30 vehicles in my lifetime and I have to say, this was the easiest buying experience I've ever had BY FAR. My salesman Bruno Blanco was friendly and easy to deal with, and although this purchase was a special order, I never felt pressured during the entire buying process. It's actually not like any car dealership I've ever been to. Everyone was friendly and willing to help but again, there was never any pushy vibe. Also, a shout out to my finance manager Dwight McComb. He was ALWAYS responsive to my many questions over the time it took the car to get built, and while I admit, I was a difficult customer, Dwight always treated me with courtesy and most importantly, HONESTY. You'd be hard pressed to find a GM dealership, or ANY dealership for that matter that makes buying a car easier and more enjoyable. Good work fellas! ~D.P.M.

I'm not sure why this dealer is rated so high, perhaps it was Dowain & Travis who must be rookies or are new (and judging by their reviews one of these rationales must be the culprit). But, I digress. These two clowns tried to take of advantage of a very experienced car buyer who knew what he wanted, and simply asked for their best OTD/OTR on a Bolt EV Adaptive Cruise & EUV with new SuperCruise. Empty promises & several emails, phone calls, & texts later (and the final call with Travis coaching Dowain in the background) resulted in no deal. Anyways, their loss as I finally got the price & trade allowance I wanted.

I did a search on the GMC website and a Omar Rodrigues texted me right away. I live in Gainesville and they are in Orlando. They had the vehicle I searched for on the lot. They provided me a quote sheet, we agreed on a price and I completed my paperwork online. Omar had the Sierra detailed for the next morning I arrived the next morning, Brian Levitt met me in the front lobby and introduced me to JR Munoz. JR enthusiastically took me through the vehicle and on a test drive. Then he set me up on OnStar and paired my iPhone. Then I signed the papers that John Palko had already prepared and was in and out in about an hour. Amazing!

The whole process was so easy! I filled out the online paperwork on the vehicle I wanted and then just had to pop in to sign my paperwork! Quick, easy, efficient and didn’t have to spend a whole day at the dealer! Ryan was excellent, very easy to communicate with!

I'm not impressed I can understand that taking off the...

I'm not impressed I can understand that taking off the rap on the truck but it took a week to get my truck at 10pm and I still haven't gotten the 2nd key and the truck doesn't have a jack . I have to stay on top of the commutation. I'm just not happy overall
