Wonderful experience!
Working with Dowain was wonderful! He got us the two cars we wanted to test drive right away, and showed us all features before driving. I found the purchase experience excellent. The salesman was outstanding and the inventory was really good. The paperwork process was far longer than expected. I was there for over five hours and a large portion of it was waiting for the finance paperwork to be presented. Not the fault of the salesman who I really enjoyed working with.

I’d always heard great things about Carl Black, nothing negative, so I new they would be on the list when I started my search. I spent days haggling with other dealers and trying to sift through all of their lies and tricks in order to get where I needed to be, but one call to Carl Black Orlando changed that. I called them one night after trying to wrestle an answer out of another dealer with a “lifetime warranty” who promised me they were getting me the best deal possible and really sticking their neck out for me.....then Dowain Nunescalled me back the next day to inform me that Carl Black Orlando was ready whenever I was- FOR LESS THAN THE ITHER DEALER!! Very professional, courteous, and more than accommodating. They outperformed all of the other dealers (almost 10 of them) in every way, even bringing in a truck from another state and putting in a bedliner for me, because what I wanted wasn’t available on their lot. I came just to look around and Domain approach me, he show me different models Tahoe. He was very helpful and patient with us, also he have a lot of knowledge. Love my new car
Dowain was amazing I had in my mind what car I wanted until he showed me the GMC terrain. The color and the interior design was exactly what I wanted. If I every need a new car I know who to ask for.
