This was my first new car buying experience. When we pulled up to the dealership, it was like a party! The staff had music playing and big smiles were in abundance. Louis Leon was our sales rep. Very friendly and his product knowledge was great. I brought a friend with me that has been through the process many times and actually worked in the industry-She is very aggressive to say the least but an amazing person to help with a purchase. Louis navigated the onslaught with grace and we ended up agreeing on a price and payment structure. I recommend Carl Black to anyone that is looking for an inviting environment with well trained and knowledged staff! My new 2022 Chevy Blazer is absolutely amazing !! Thanks! All I say is Ingrid from the service department had Exceeded my expectation. When I bought my GMC truck in she told me it would be until the end of the day before I get my vehicle.
