Dowain was excellent. From the first moment he greeted my wife and I on our first visit, to the frequent communication and trying to find a solution when we were close to closing. Great process and experience in purchasing my GMC vehicle.

This was the easiest vehicle purchase we have ever had. We contacted the dealership online with inquiries about two different Chevrolet models as well as two different GMC models. We made an appointment to come in, and all four vehicles were ready for us to see. When we were done with our test drives, they already had the numbers available based on the value of the truck we were trading in. We couldn't have asked for a smoother or more efficient transaction. From management to the salesperson to the gentleman who did our financial paperwork, everyone treated us like we were the most important people there. Exceptional service all around!

I bought a beautiful car from Carl Black Chevy this weekend. My sales person was Larry Gonzalez. He made me feel extremely welcome. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle. He spent a lot of time explaining all the details and showed me how to operate the Technology inside the car. He even set my cell phone up and handled the calls to do it. I never thought I would have fun at a car dealer ship, but I did. Lots of laughs with Larry. He has a warm personality and seems to really love his job. The dealership was beautiful. It was clean and very welcoming. I came in with my daughter and two grandchildren. We were escorted to seats immediately and got to know our salesman Shami. He was a delight. He took his time with me and explained everything in a tone that he would use with his own mother. There are times that people can be condescending to older people but with Shami that was never the case. I came in for a service call but said I might want to look at something else because this car was costing me more than it was worth. Shami made it work without pressure. If I live long enough (chuckle, chuckle) then I will someday God willing purchase again from Shami. I would also like to tell you that the lady that answers the phone in the showroom was so helpful and accommodating with my two rambunctious grandsons. Josh in finance made everything painless and he is a treasure. I will be coming in and purchasing an extended warranty this month all because of my Josh experience. Now getting back to Shami! My lease was up and I decided to purchase it. Jack Cherelus was my salesman from lease to purchase. He was very personable and patient as I never had purchased a lease before. He explained everything to me as the process went along. He responded to texts and phone calls efficiently. Hector the general manager and Josh the finance manager were also personable and helpful.
